Your key rights before departure
- You may transfer the package to another person on reasonable notice before departure.
- The price may be increased only for specific costs and only if the increase is notified at least 20 days before departure.
- You may terminate the contract without a termination fee if an essential element of the package changes significantly.
Insolvency protection
Payments are protected against the organizer's insolvency under Article 17 of Directive (EU) 2015/2302 and Ukrainian tourism law. If services are not provided because of insolvency, refunds and, where needed, repatriation are covered.

Requirements depend on the destination and on your nationality. You are responsible for holding valid travel documents; we provide general guidance before booking.
