What happens after you send a request

A trip planner reads every message, not a queue. We check availability for your dates, your departure point in Kyiv or Lviv, and your group size, then answer with named hotels and the full price breakdown.

    Trip, dates and number of travellers. Two minutes is enough.

    We check availability

    Hotel rooms are held, group size capped at 14, site opening hours confirmed.

  3. 03

    You receive a written offer

    Final price from €X per person, taxes and fees included, with exclusions listed underneath.

Typical response time: within one working day, and usually the same day during Kyiv office hours (Mon to Sat, 09:00 to 19:00 EET).

Fill in the form and we reply within one working day with a written offer. Groups are capped at 14 travellers, and every hotel is named before you confirm.

Before you book

Documents, insurance and cancellation, in plain terms

Four things decide whether a tour runs smoothly. Check them here, then confirm your dates on the booking request form.

  1. Passports and visas

    Your passport must stay valid for at least six months after the return date. Travellers with Ukrainian passports need a Schengen visa for most departures; we send the booking confirmation, hotel vouchers and a day-by-day itinerary for your visa file within one working day.

  2. Travel insurance

    Medical cover is compulsory for every traveller: at least EUR 30,000, valid in all Schengen states across the full trip dates. Send the certificate before departure and we check it against your itinerary.

  3. Price and exclusions

    Every price is shown as from EUR X per person, taxes and fees included. City taxes, optional museum tickets and personal spending sit in the exclusions list under the price on each trip page.

  4. Cancellation and date changes

    Move your dates free of charge up to 21 days before departure. From 20 to 8 days we retain 30% of the tour price; within 7 days the booking is non-refundable. Full wording is in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, with package details in Package Travel Information.

Groups are capped at 14 travellers, departures leave from Kyiv and Lviv, and every hotel is named on the trip card before you pay.
