Dnipro Compass Tours (“we”) is a private entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, EDRPOU code 54509341, at Business Center Horizon, 12B Drahomanova Street, Office 405, Kyiv, 01103, Ukraine. We are the controller of your personal data.

2. Data we collect

• Contact data: name, email address, phone number.
• Booking data: travel dates, group size, preferences you share.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, cookie identifiers.

3. How we use it

• To answer enquiries and arrange your tour (performance of a contract).
• To meet accounting and tax duties under Ukrainian law (legal obligation).
• To improve our website and services (legitimate interest).
• To send marketing only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing and transfers

We share data only with guides, accommodation and transport partners needed to deliver your tour, and with providers such as hosting and payment processors. Transfers outside Ukraine or the EEA rely on appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

Enquiries are kept for 12 months; booking and accounting records for the period required by Ukrainian law, generally 3 years.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Ukrainian law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@tokenweaves.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or your local supervisory authority.

7. Security

We rely on encryption in transit, access controls and limited retention. No method is fully secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents by unencrypted email.
