Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation windows

Notice counts from the day we receive it, before the tour start date:

• 30+ days: refund of the tour price less non-refundable fees.
• 15–29 days: 70% of the tour price.
• 7–14 days: 50% of the tour price.
• Under 7 days or no-show: no refund.

2. Non-refundable fees

• Booking and service fees.
• Visa, invitation and permit charges already paid.
• Insurance premiums and tickets issued in your name.
• Bank, card and currency-conversion charges.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 calendar days, in the currency of payment.

5. Cancellation by us

If we cancel a confirmed tour, you may choose another date or receive a full refund of amounts paid. In force majeure cases, costs already incurred are deducted.
