Terms of Service
Dnipro Compass Tours is operated by PE tokenweaves.com (EDRPOU 54509341, Kyiv, Ukraine). These Terms govern every booking made through tokenweaves.com.
1. Booking and confirmation
A contract exists once we email written confirmation; until then, prices and availability are not guaranteed. You must be 18 or older and give accurate traveller names as shown in identity documents.
2. Payment
Prices appear in the currency shown at checkout. A deposit secures your place; the balance is due at least 7 days before departure unless the confirmation says otherwise. Unpaid bookings may be cancelled.
3. Changes and cancellation
Request changes or cancellations in writing to contact@tokenweaves.com. Cancellation 14 or more days before departure: full refund less non-refundable supplier costs. 7–13 days: 50%. Fewer than 7 days: no refund. We may change routes for safety and refund the unused part.
4. Your obligations
You agree to carry valid documents, follow the guide's safety instructions, respect local law and other participants, and arrive on time. We may exclude anyone whose conduct endangers the group, without refund.
5. Liability
We are responsible for the proper performance of the tour under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection". We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as weather, road closures or strikes.
6. Complaints and law
Send complaints to contact@tokenweaves.com; we reply within 30 days. Disputes are settled by negotiation and otherwise by the courts of Ukraine under Ukrainian law.
